Doudoune + Out

I am truly so, so excited to present this winter wonder to you. 3 years in the making, 2 hard winters of testing all that London + a toddler can quite literally throw at it. I believe, my sirs, it has proved itself, and so, finally, we're ready to cut the straps, and let this thing explode!

I wanted this to be a dramatic piece with a strong silhouette. An all winter piece. Warm in the cold, dry in the wet, but with all the luxurious creature comforts to which I am accustomed.

The body is FULL of feathers - plump and swollen, in such a way that you shall never again want for warmth. Even the 8 wale corduroy collar is stuffed full of down, all the better to frame that perfect head of yours. And anyway, who wants fully functional showerproof ripstop nylon against the skin of the neck? Not I!

The pockets are lined with softest needlecord, all the better to warm your fingers + phone with.

The snaps are metal + enamelled, reinforced with thick veg tan leather washers. The zips 2-way and easy grab, and they adorn every pocket.

But here's the real clincher - not in a brick-red mood? Fine, flip it to mysterious inky blue/green. Ah man, be the envy of the number 55!

Made in northern italy with a puffer specialist,  at it since the 70s. Truly, madly, deeply, this is the one.
