SHIPPING
GENERAL INFO
We ship with DHL Express, Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be dispatched.
Duties and taxes are included for all international destinations, and will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping rates are dependent on destination, and are subsidised by L·E·J:
UK - Free Express Shipping on all orders over £395
A £7.95 delivery fee will be charged for orders below £395
EU/North America - Free Express Shipping on all orders over £395
A £17.95 delivery fee will be charged for orders below £395
Switzerland/Norway - Free Express Shipping on all orders over £395
A £22.95 delivery fee will be charged for orders below £395
Asia/Oceania/ROW - Free Express Shipping on all orders over £395
A £22.95 delivery fee will be charged for orders below £395. £14.95 on orders above £395
There may be territories and remote locations for which shipping rates are higher. If your location is not listed at checkout, please email us at info@lej.london and we will add it.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Import duties, VAT, and administration charges will be covered at the checkout stage of your order, therefore you will not be charged any additional import fees.
Clearance timeframes may vary dependent on country and respective local procedures.
Please continue to track your parcel using the tracking codes provided on fulfilment of your order as customs authorities may require further details from you.
Be aware that if you refuse your parcel, or the storage limit time expires in customs, the goods will be returned to us. Shipping and handling charges will still be applied by the courier and the customer will be liable.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
RETURNS
We encourage you to email or DM us should you have any doubts or questions before making your purchase. We will do our very best to help you to find your size and fit, and in this way we hope to minimise the impact of returns on the customer, the business, and the planet.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you will be very satisfied with your new L.E.J pieces, however, if you change your mind you may do so within 14 days of delivery.
All returned the items must be in their original, un-worn, un-washed, un-perfumed condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Customers opting for an exchange or credit note will receive a complimentary shipping label.
For refund requests, please visit the relevant UK or International Returns Portal at the above link.
We will issue a DHL return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
We do not accept returns via any other courier due to loss and extended delivery timeframes.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed, once we have received the returned goods.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to make an exchange, please email us on info@lej.london with your order number and information of the style(s) + size(s) you would like to exchange. We are also happy to offer advice where we can.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Returns labels will be valid for 2 days. Kindly arrange shipment within this timeframe. This will help us to smoothly operate and continue to be able to offer a broad variety of styles across the seasons.
If returned items require excessive treatment, such as ironing due to packing conditions, or dry-cleaning to remove fragrance (where practical), or any other such treatment, we reserve the right to pass on these costs accordingly, or to reject a return request.
Please note that only items in their original and re-saleable as new condition will be refunded in full, and those in an unacceptable state will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
All sales are final after 14 days.
Customers are entitled to 1 free exchange, should they wish to exchange their non-sale/pre-order item for another size or style, stock permitting. If the exchanged item is also returned, the customer is liable for both the shipping costs of the original and exchanged item.
For customers buying multiple sizes for trying-on, we reserve the right to charge a re-stock/transaction fee upon return, therefore we encourage you to contact us for sizing advice.
All refunds exclude original postage costs.

PRE-ORDER / MADE-TO-ORDER
Made-to-order items are ineligible for return, and customised items are ineligible for return or exchange.
We may be able to offer you a size exchange on non-customised items where available, however, you cannot exchange for a different item.
When ordering a made-to-order / pre-order item please ensure that you are totally satisfied with the measurements we provide, and please feel free to ask as many questions as you feel necessary to be completely satisfied. We are more than happy to give this assistance and guidance.
FAULTS
If you notice any faults or errors with your order, please contact us on info@lej.london as soon as they have been discovered. It is helpful to take a high resolution photograph to include with your email. We can then work together to find the best and fastest solution possible.
