The bone of my bones, the flesh of my flesh. Every shoulder needs a cloak, and every man his boon companion. The Plage has waited long enough for his townly friend to arrive, cut not from the same cloth, but they certainly share at least one parent!

Like the modern man, the VdV must be tough but forgiving. Show me paint, show me sun-tan, show me a light smattering of engine oil + incense dust. Toolbox under one arm, newborn under t'other.

This unlined gallerist's blessing is sewn with single needle shirt-style construction - as the Plage, as our shirts - and is as ready as them all to be worn, torn, patched + romanced. Carefully engineered + lovingly laboured over; our latest/greatest has been studied + tweaked ever closer to perfection.

Expect a gently shaped waist, generous lapels, and a gently tailored shoulder with subtle sleeve-head structured via self-binding of the armhole. There's not a scrap of lining in sight, so you can feel loose and fancy free on summer's hottest days.

Were we French, I suppose this would just be Khaki. An elegant flavour of baked earth, with touches of green + grey. It's a hue fitting of the fabric; finest Irish linen, all jute like and ever changing in the light.
